heads up to everyone out there hi im lanise a 33 yr old female in
las vegas and one year ago i had the trail done for 5 days it was
great i thought wow no more pills and patches and now i can have a
life again so i went to have the permant surgery done things went
well the stimulation was great than one month later the anchor in
my back that held the leads fell out of my back than my leads fell
out of my spine and you could feel them next to the battery under
the skin it hurt so bad not to mention i had a open wound in the
middle of my back from the anchor coming out they let me wait 6
months till they did another surgery than they found out i had to
much scar tissue so they could not place the leads where they
needed to be so they went a little lower well it was not so good
it did nothing for the pain at all so than 5 months after the 2nd
surgery its all healed up but doese not help the pain right so
what happens now i have a staph infection at the battery site it
is the worst pain i have ever had now they have to remove it all
and i have to pray the infection doese not go up the leads and go
in my spine going threw all this and the doctor wants to know if i
would like to try it again yah right i dont think so please if
your thing about this please read about it and see what others
have to say before you make this choice i really think medtronic
needs to be liable for the problems this causes
