Post: on medtronic about the law and finding lawyers

As I have mentioned numerous times in this chat room.
Laws are being passed without our knoweledge. You cannot
sue a drug or medical device company in most states now
[one state being Michigan] for a defective product as long
as it had FDA approval. I have tried to get people to
contact me to get something going against Medtronics
before it was too late, but I got little to no response.
My suggestion is for those of you having problems is to
see if that law has passed in your state, It is called,
Federal Preemption Law, if not; write to your congress to
keep it from passing. I am still going further with all of
this. If you want to try and do something get in touch
with me and others and band together. Tami
