Post: 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser

My name is Mark Gagnon and we've owned our Cruiser since
new. Yesterday, my wife experienced the ABS outage and was
nearly creamed at a busy intersection. Any insights as to
how to approach Toyota? Vehicle is in the shop and will be
$ 2300.
