if the doc thinks that rubbing up against the area where
the battery was implanted then he is at fault for putting
it there. he is very short and i very tall. he should have
sat me up on the o.r. table or something and made markings
before he did the surgery. i think he just guessed. and he
acted like it was like it was nothing when he told me we
obviously had to do surgery again. so i had the procedure
done and it all went fine until about the first week of
march. the new area began to get very tender. i kept an
eye on it and sure enough the same thing happened again.
the battery came up right under the skin. at my monthly
appt. in mid march i let the p.a. i see know. she put a
note in the computer to the surgery scheduler to have me
set up once again to have it fixed/and or removed which
ever i decide. i let her know i had just finalized my
divorce several weeks prior and my health insurance would
be running out very soon. well, turns out she didnt note
that. it didnt get scheduled in time and now im stuck with
this thing in me causing excruitiating pain while i wait
to hopefully be approved for medicaid. however i was told
that can take up to 6 months. great. so, has anyone else
heard of anything like this? ive searched the inernet and
cant find anything on it so at this point im thinking
    lawsuit.
