Post: metronic stimulator

My husband wants his taken out but we cant get the surgeon
that put it in to return our calls..He has had it for about
5 yrs it has not been working like it is suppose to he has a
breaking out on his stomach that no one can tell him what it
is.No one has ever told us about any problems but now it
seems no one want to touch it..You can feel the leads..He
had xrays a few years ago and the rep acted like she was
hiding something said we would have to meet with her and the
pain mgr dr and they never would tell us what they were
thinking it was like they were hiding something..after it
was put in the pain mgr dr never saw him again only the pa
and nurse..we left that pain mgr dr about a year ago and now
have another one who promised to call me and see about
getting it scheduled to come out its been almost 2 wks. and
we havent heard anything..We feel like we are getting the
run around and cant seem to get the help he needs.have any
of you had trouble getting the dr to take it out..
