I've been on predisone or deltasone since 89 havent felt those
side effects, but I'm going for the bone density test soon. I do
know it will wind out hurting kidneys and bones on a whole & it
can mess with your thyroid & give graves disease either get fat or
skinny, it can make you very flexable too...what i do stay away
from salt and keep choletorol in check. Keep your protein and
calcuim up...so i drink chocolate milk alot...meat beef chicken
and fish. Stay away from a lot of vitamin supplements, but if you
can get Ensure plus or carnation breakfast that will help until
you can get off it totally.
