Hello,
My name is Ralph Zachman. I am wondering if you are aware of
any class action suits filed against Alcohol producers on
behalf of individuals suffering from Avascular necrosis or
AVN. I have recently been diagnosed with this disease and
was told by my surgeon that the cause was either steroid use
or alcohol use. I have never used steroids and have used
alcohol throughout my life thus the reason for the letter. I
have never in my 52 years have ever heard of this condition
until now and find this surprising and appalling. I am in
need of a double hip replacement, This has stopped me from
working in the construction industry, I lost health
insurance, my house and everything else. I would think that
the alcohol industry would at least do some education on
this topic and any others we have not been told about.
I would appreciate any information and direction you might
be able to supply.
