while i was using my "trusty" attic ladder, my second step
from the bottom where the first set of hinges are, snapped
on me. i then fell back and my tote full of halloween
stuff fell n top of me. it sounds like a few people have
had this problem. whoever is thinking about buying this
product, i would really do a bit of research before
spending the money and time installing this product.
