my father in law doctor gave him this medicne and he die

frome taking to much his doctor overdose him

we took to are doctor and are doctor told him it was to
much for his age he suffer sores in his mouth and he was
bleeding from his anal.... he lost lots of blood.... can
we still sue he died in nov 2007
