    I have the same ladder and it just collapsed on me while I was
    coming down out of attic. bottom left hinge snapped off and whole
    bottom section fell off. Luckly I was able to hold on to top part.
    Ladder was bought brand new in 2004 and is only used at christmas
    time to store seasonal decorations in attic. I am definatly calling
    the consumer protection agency.
