    okay folks, here we go:
this man is not lying. i'm sure they want to blame everyone
and everything else. the truth is, they can't stop the pain by
putting it where it's at. and then they want to all blame each
other. the tech said the doctor might have not put it in
straight. then the doctor took an x-ray while i was in the
office to show it was in place and straight, then they wanted
to say it was nerve tissue or something to that effect. it
seems like it's all just one big blame game. i know i have one
of the best surgeons i the country, here in houston. won't
mention his name at this time, but i hear he fixes everyone
elses screw ups from all over the country. he did fix my
tingling going down my right leg. got the problem off the
psyotic nerve so my leg doesn't give out anymore like it use
to. i believe the bottom line is that these things aren't all
cracked up to what they are put out to be. i think there is
just alot of money involved in it for the people selling and
installing them based on broken promises of returning to a
normal life. the only thing is, is that they did the trial
test for 3 days, and the pain doctor that did that test, i
actuallly got a large relief. almost 40 to 50%. so i know they
kinda work, but i think it has alot to do with positioning in
the right area and from what i've seen on youtube, in a live
surgery they wake the patient up in the middle of the surgery
and adjust it accordingly, which my surgeon doesn't believe in
waking people out of the anesthesia. so it's kinda a look
where the test was done on the x-ray and try to place it
accordingly. the top part of the paddle which is installed in
your back seems to work fine on tingling the upper part of
your back, but will not do the lower part of my back and my
legs where needed. thereforth i believe that either a wire is
not making good contact or the contacts on the paddle aren't
putting out as they are supposed to. then again, i am no
expert, but i sure have learned alot in the last two months.
there is alot of information out here on the web regaurding
spinal stimulators, but i see more problems with them, then i
do good results; i.e, broken wires, damaged batteries or
batteries that won't charge, and just plain other problems.
i'm beginning to wonder if it's really worth it.
