I had one implanted in late 2/10 and it was botched.
Apparently, the paddle was placed face out vice face in. Going
through two surgeries w/in 2 weeks really sucked and I'm
contemplating a lawsuit as I had to go through the pain twice,
used 6 weeks of leave and it hasn't lived up to my
expectations. I figured I'd go this route rather than another
360 fusion operation and in retrospect, I maybe I shoudl've gone
through another extremely painful fusion operation for two more
lower back discs. Needless to say, I'm extremely pissed at this
point and would like to know others that have had "botched"
    surgeries w/ this stimulator.
