Re: having problems with Boston Scientific's spinal cord st

Had Boston Scientific Stimulator trial and it went well. Had implant 4/12/10. I have been having problems for the last year. With each passing month the issues get worse and worse. My research brought me here. I have complained and complained to Boston Scientific and my pain management doctor they set up appt. with Boston Scientific and again I get no where. My problem is my stimulator runs 24/7 at 100% usage. It runs all the time at the strongest setting and I have to charge twice a day or have the charger belt on more than off. I can barely feel it working. THey download information and say it looks fine. I am so exhausted with this thing I just want it out of me. Been a HUGE disappointment in helping with my pain. It's become a nighbmare and the more I complain to the people that sold me on this system I get no where or hear this is normal. All I know is I have this device and I don't feel it anymore working and charge it all the time, and I can't feel the thing doing anything. I feel it a lil bit when it kicks back on which lasts all but a few seconds and then just a low low can hardly feel it working. All information I have looked at and discussed with Boston Scientific they say this is normal and the battery is supposed to last forever. The area the put the battery is still tender, I can't lay on my right side to sleep. Ridicilous someone needs to help us people. Please email me with any information who to start complaining to: My name is Trish Todd, from Columbia, South Carolina, my email is trishtodd@windstream.net. Thank you
