Boston Scientific Spinaclord Stimulator was to be implanted with
splitter to afford lrge are of coverage. They instead chose to use 2
devices. (twice the complications and twice the money )

Failed to use any anchoring system resulting in lead migration on all
4 leads.

Jolts, shocks and interference with leads resulting in chest pain and
arryhtmia which led to xray showing displaced leads.

Unable to use one device at all because it acts like it shorts the
other one out. The second device only provides partial coverage
because of lead displacement.

I have already had revisions which failed and they are recommending
open bone flaps for paddle electrodes next. Paddle electrodes cannot
be done in the c spine, so their advice is non sensical and the
neurosurgeon says it is not safe to do thoracic laminectomy for the
placement of the second device's paddle electrodes, so it seems there
is no answer.

The currette broke off when the last unit was being placed and gouged
me, creating new and horrific extra neurological pain and it has not
resolved over 2 years. Pian is molten lava, horrendous, scalding and
itching pain, worse than and different from the original intolerable
pain. I know what happened because I was awake for the surgery and ZI
am a clinician myself.

Can action be taken legally because they didn't use the splitter?
Can action be taken because they failed to ise an anchoring system?
Can action be taken because the currette broke off and hurt me?
