My name is Shawn from Cincinnati,oh I also had one implated in
August of 2006. Mine worked until about april of 2007 then
failed to take a charge. I saw my doctor 4 times 2 with a
medtronic rep. Then they sent another rep to my home after
they failed to get it to work they told mr I would hear
something soon on what they would do. I have not yet heard
anything and I have called & written to them all they do is
ignore me. I have it sticking out my side also and it is still
painful to touch. Check texaslawyer.com I just found it
tonite. Keep checking online for any class action lawsuits that
is what I have been doing hoing to get something done myself.
