Re: Boston Scientific Stimulator

This is the second Spinal Cord Stimulator form Boston Scientic that I had. The first one , which had a 5 year warrananty, lasted a little over 2 years. They replaced it and deemed it to be a mechanical malfunction and replcaed it this past April 2011 with a "better unit". The unit has not been right -eventhe "trial Stim" got disconnected and I went running back to the hospital and was never told- They proceeded with the Implant a week later and the Stimulator is malfunctioning. It is a short - cutting in and out- not a "positional change" and they are making me wait 1 1/2 weeks for a Bio Engineer at their company- to take a look at the down loaded program for me . Does anyone know a good Product Liability Lawyer?
