I took prednisone prescribed by a doctor to help treat
poison ivy. While taking it I developed pain in my achilles
tedon. Since then the pain levels vary from 1 to 10. Many
times it stiffens up to where it is hard to walk. It seems
that I am experiencing the same problem that Levaquin is
causing. I don't normally take RX drugs and this is the
first time I've ever taken a steroid. Prednisone was the
only prescription I took for the poison ivy, along with two
over the counter drugs, Cetirizine HCL and Ranitidine HCL.
All prescribed by the doctor.
