Dec. 10th, 2011 I was putting some extra Christmas
decorations into my attic. The bottom right hinge shear
broke as I was coming back down. I fell, broke my collar
bone, messed up my shoulder, and tore the ligaments. My
injury required surgery and I will be in a sling for 16
weeks. Hopefully therapy will help me regain the use of my
left shoulder and arm. I was very angry to find out that I
am only one of many that have had to experience a painful
accident with this defective ladder (s2210). I weigh 125
pounds and no way should a ladder with 300 lb. capacity
have broken with me.
