Greetings Fellow Sufferers:
Warmest greetings to all of you. My name is Paul, and
I live in Canada. I have been waiting forever it seems to
find other people who might be in the same situation as I
am, albeit, part of me didn't want to discover that others
were also in pain. I think that SOMEBODY has to take
responsibility for what Prednisone has done to our lives.
It is LIFE ALTERING in a plethora of ways. #1. I am in
excruciating pain EVERY SECOND OF MY LIFE, and will be in
pain for the rest of my life, and if that isn't bad enough,
Doctors, and Specialists alike make me feel horribly guilty
for asking for pain medication - as if I was an addict who
was looking for my next fit. Not only do I not use any
drugs, I don't even drink alcohol - at all! #2. I used to
be very active - played tennis, volleyball, skiing,
swimming, and so on, and, equestrian sports were a huge
part of my life, and now I can never get on a horse again.
#3. I can no longer work. There are myriad more ways that
Prednisone has ruined my life. I had to have a total hip
replacement in my 30s, and my back is permanently broken in
7 places, and I also lost about 4 inches in height. It has
devastated my life to the point of severe depression. There
has to be a way for us to be compensated. Could all of you
keep me updated via the e-mail address above? I would
appreciate it immensely.
