Hi my husband john had 2 of these spinal pain stimulators
implanted in 2007-2008. He is in pain daily. One has
completely stop working and is causing him to be in pain
and his Dr. Says its also in his head. Can't rub or touch
it without pain and discomfort. He was the first patient to
have a double implant. I've watched him deteriorate for
years now. Not being able to walk without a cane at 44. Or/
participate in our children's life. It's also ruined my
life as well. Pain medications you can't believe he's on
and still on for 7-8 years now. Sticks out of his body like
a cigarette pack in his lower back and side making it
uncomfortable to sit,stand and walk. We need a doctor who
will look at this is a this and a lawyer to fight for us.
We are in Illinois and are finding it difficult to find a
lawyer who will stand up to these butchering people who
inserted a object not qualified. this is a defective object
that has been found defective by metronics. His doctor has
inserted these not only in my husband. The top stimulator
is not even taking a charge and.they seem to have broken
wires. He was told they'd have to be dug out of.his body to
remove these it goes from the the bottom of.his neck.to
lower back. He also has severe spurring at incision site
that we feel that never told.us this was going to happen.
We are looking to join others in a class action suit if
