I am rebuilding a dental office in the same location;the
gas meter rests on a neighbors property. It has been
located here for the past 50 years.
New owner of this building just announced today that
he will sue me because i did not move the gas meter onto
my own property. can he do this or am i protected by the
easement? he bought the building knowing that the meter
is on the property.
i would appreciate any feedback!!
