    Thank you Susan for your response. Unfortunately, we live
    outside the city limits in the unincorpprated part of the
    county. My neighbors are all for helping out on this situation
    and will be involved all the way, but most are elderly and/or
    work, so are unable to help with leg work. They chose me to see
    what we could do and I happily agreed. It's just a lot harder
    than I expected--ha

    I suppose at this point I should seek help through a RE Lawyer.
    Just had hoped to not have to, due to the finance part-but it
    must be done. Thanks again for trying to give me some info, it
    was much appreciated.
