neighbor built fence 9" on my property while I was in
Florida to denie me access to property that I oucipied for
35 years. My adverse possession claim to this property was
thrown out of court. If his fence remains on my property
can he claim adverse possession to to my property. original
Survey pins are located that show property line. If I show
pins to neighbor he will pull syrvey pins. Can I tear his
fence that is on my property down?
