Hi, we sold a business back in 95 as a stock purchase
agreement. A piece of property was never included in this
agreement that is along side of the land that the business
sits on. The company wants to sell this land now and are
asking us to do a quick claim deed and sign over the rights
to the property. Do we still have the entitlement to this
property since it was never deeded to the purchaser back in
95?
