I have submitted a declaration of a land patent in my name. The deed is in my name. Now there are other individuals on the property but they own different parts of the property. My question is by submitting and holding this title in my name is this considered a clouded title? I'm told I have no rights to this land. This property was in my grandfathers name, therefore its consider inheritance. The gentleman doing the title search wants me to find out and contact all parties on this land and let them know I'm going to sell. How do I go about the legalities of this situation?
