Post: lease validity if a building is sold to a different owner

we currently hold a lease in a building that is being sold to a corperation whos intention is to knock the building down The building was in forecloser to begin with and the note was sold to someone at a discount or short sale I believe. The question then is will we and the other current tenants be for forced to move or will the owner regardless of who it is ie: bank, private party, new corporate restaurant... have to honor all of our leases or buy us out...
