Post: New Real Estate Business

I am in the process of opening my own real estate business. I am not a broker, but I have hired one who will be conducting business on behalf of my company. I have an business attorney involved in my contract writing, but we are unsure of the real estate legality of the contract set up. As I understand a broker must be a member of the board of directors of the company, if the company is not itself a broker. My question is in relation to the contracts. Do the broker and real estate agents need to have a separate contract and/or should the real estate agents have a contract tied directly to me? It doesn't seem that anyone knows the legality of the issue.
