You don't mention your state, or the type of
park. I see from what you've said i will think
off road park. Altough that shouldn't be to
hard to accomplish. With the right attorney,
and working with your planning and zoning
dept.. You might be able to work somthing out
because alot of others have done it
successfully. When you say special use permit,
i'm taking a guess. Is this in CO.??
