Post: Indemnification Clause for Escrow Cancellation

The escrow company is producing cancellation papers for my
transaction, but I want to also include an indemnification
clause in the paperwork so the buyer can not come back and
take legal action against me for lost monies he may have
incurred in this transaction (just in case).

Can someone give me a sample of an indemnification clause i
can include in the cancellation papers? Thanks.
