Post: Georgia Laws to protect the buyer?

Posted by Jodey on 8/29/07

I need help reguarding law for a purchase I have made. We
are in state court for fraud and have just started all of
the processes. I have done a lot of research about
disclosure statements and fraud of real estate agents but I
am not having much luck. I need a good start to my research.

I had water damage, septic had to be replaced, mold, and
severe covered fire damage. The previous owner bought the
house after a fire to rebuild as owner occupent. He covered
up the boards in the garage and when we found them we had to
move out. Deemed uninhabital and unstructually sound. I have
received a deed in leui and want to get my money back. I had
a real estate agent he did and we had it inspected by
    someone I hired.

    Any suggestions?
