In 1994 I was going thru a divorce and was proscicuted for
a worthless check. It was considered a 3rd degree felony
in that county. I was sentenced to probation and the judge
said that adjudification would be with held if I did my
probation. I am a federal employee and it has never been
an issue with the federal government but while I an
currently seeking a concealed pistol permit in the state
of michigan they are saying that I had a felony. I have
had a concealed weapons license issued from Florida and it
was no problem with Fl. Any ideas on what I can do?
