    Amy C.:

I tried to respond to your e-mail to me, but my e-mail kept
getting returned to me and your e-mail address is "user unknown,"
    so maybe you'll see this.

When I wrote that post, I didn't realize my Premier Power key
looks different than my Case CATalyst key. I haven't used
Premier Power since 2004. Recently I happened to look at my
Premier Power key and I realized: Oops, what I wrote in that post
might not apply, because my Premier Power key doesn't show the
removable "button" like my Case CATalyst key does.

So, what does your Premier Power key look like? Does it look
like my Case CATalyst key, which looks like a black flat, square
shape, with a silver circular piece of metal on it, right in the
center of it, and the key fits into the printer port, not the USB
port? If so, that silver circular piece of metal is called a
button and it is removable. The button is held in place on two
sides by these little metal clip things and you have to gently
pull one clip away from the button (not toward it, but away from
it), and the button should then slip out easily. (When you do
put the button back in, make sure both clips are securely keeping
the button in so the button doesn't slip out accidentally and get
    lost.)

If your Premier Power key doesn't look like my Case CATalyst key,
I don't have any suggestions on how to get the Premier Power key
    to work. Sorry.
