    Anyone who buys used software is required to IMMEDIATELY enter
    into a new license agreement with the software company or else
    you will be breaking copyright laws. THERE IS A CHARGE. Call
    Stenograph BEFORE buying to inquire, and make sure there is no
    outstanding lease or loan on the software before you buy it.
