Post: transcription in MS word

I just received an order for a court transcript from 1997,
which is just before I left court reporting to come home
and raise my two children. I've sold all of my equipment
and now need to type this 200 pg. transcript in word.

I'm having quite a time trying to figure out margins, line
#'s, font size, headers, etc. Please, any help would be
appreciated!
