Re: Outsourcing legal work to India?

    Kind of scary. What would this e-mail, i-m, outsourcing etc.
    do to privilege and confidentiality? Especially if they are
    in India where the same laws and cannons of ethics may not
    exist. And if it's an outsourced legal work, who has the
    privity of contract? Looks like way too much liability to
    make it worthwhile.

    I heard something the other day regarding outsourcing: one
    career you would never need to be worried about outsourcing
    was bedside nursing, most everything else is up for grabs.
    And here we have law clerks being outsourced. wonder where
    they train?
