I wasn't talking about JF. I was talking about your sarcastic response about investment banking to someone who specifically asked that investment banking be excluded from the conversation. Since you brought up JF, I'll defend him/her too. From what I read, the "skirmish" started when he/she mentioned that bankruptcy is not dead. Seems you got a little annoyed with that, maybe out of jealousy. Yes, JF was not exactly right in portraying the law (which came up after you became annoyed), but he/she did explain his/her posts, which was good enough for me. BOA are the partial initials of my favorite corporate client whose full name I will not mention. I used to call myself "BOA Atty" until I shortened it.
