It will hurt core bankruptcy attorneys in the long run. Now, you can argue that if a large chunk of bankruptcy attorneys go out of business, then that is good for the remaining bankruptcy attorneys. That's one way of looking at it. As far as seeing opportunity in the new law, I see plenty. For example, what about buying one of those payday/cash loan now franchises? Or how about a consumer credit counseling business? What about buying stock in Capital One and MBNA? There are many opportunities. I wish you luck!
