What is the best way to advertise? This board pretty much
makes it clear that LegalMatch, Casepost, LegalFish etc are
a toss-up at best... and usually a bad investment...

Would you guys recommend going it alone and doing your own
advertising on Yahoo? Pay-per-click?

I know that there are small firms spending $3,000+ each
month to advertise... and that just seems a bit expensive.

I have a decent amount of business right now, but I'm
looking to expand, and hopefully take on an associate.
Right now, I have the capital to do roughly $1,000 each
month for advertising.

Any suggestions? What has worked for people on this board?

I saw 'Jim' posted about LawInfo. I'm guessing that its
just another one of the scams. Is there any legitimate
organization that does advertising for lawyers? Is the
yellow pages worth it?
