Tina knows what she is talking about. This is what I've been preaching
for over a year. Relationship building, networking, getting involved
with your community and different organizations...these activities
require time commitments, but the work always follows (assuming, of
course, that one puts more than a half-hearted effort toward these goals
and has something to offer).
