I don't know legal match. I will say this though: You are probably better off taking that $4000 and launching an aggressive Google, Yahoo, and MSN internet marketing campaign that YOU control. Think real hard before parting with your $4000. Internet advertising is the silver bullet for new solos, but you need to master it yourself and keep at it. This decision is a big one for you, so consider this advice.
