Unique opportunity for only Solo Practitioners looking to
expand his or her law practice with a guaranteed annual
retainer arrangement from a large, highly acclaimed, and
very well established (11+ years) Bala Cynwyd, PA (5 mins
from Center City Phila.) headquartered corporation. This
role requires only solo practitioners with a general law
practice (not litigation-based) interested in maintaining
his or her sole law office in our fabulous new corporate
headquarters, A++ office space, while handling basic in-
office consumer legal work (absolutely no commercial work)
as a supplement to their existing practice. The solo
practitioner receives a guaranteed fixed annual retainer
under an independent contractor agreement TBD depending
upon time availability, practice, etc. The attorney enjoys
a sizable office (with secretary space) and would feel
very much at home among a few other similar attorneys and
executives of our company. The solo will continue as solo,
with their own practice and paying their own expenses
(rent, etc) just as they do now. The only difference is
relocating their office to our headquarters while handling
some additional legal work for the annual retainer. We
have engaged this relationship with many attorneys over
the past 11 years, and everyone has been unversally
