Over, It sucks to have that happen. Solo practice is untenable, unless you catch some huge breaks. There are just too many lawyers. Oh, and yes, the clients make the mundane drudge work even more miserable. I remember one day I had a revelation in Court. I was sitting next to yet another balding unhealthy middle aged attorney wearing a cheap suit. I decided right then and there that I would never become that guy. There are thousands of them out there, and they are all broke losers. Go out and live a happy life. You deserve it. > I'm living proof of how correct L is.
