I am not a filthy human being. I defend drug dealers because it
is my job, just as it a nurse's job to take care of drug abusers
in the hospital. Everyone is entitled to a defense. And without
defense attorneys no one would hold law enforcement's feet to the
fire to make sure that all of our rights are still protected.
Yeah, who cares if a druggie gets an illegal search? I do. and
you should too, because next time it might be your rights that are
violated.
Some of the finest, most religious people I know are defense
attorneys and proud of it. We, unlike some other people, do not
judge people superficially, we all have the same rights.
BTW for the record since you don't seem to have much of a sense of
humor, the original comment about meth dealers was in keeping with
the joke running here.
