L., if you read some of the posts on this board as well as the new lawyer's board you will see that you are not alone. don't let the nay-sayers get to you though. Try to keep a positive outlook. I believe that what you send out gets reflected back. it's not always easy to find a job in the law field these days. where are you located? the big cities are much more competitive than smaller ones as rule. there's always the government or legal aid. a friend of mine works as a victim's advocate under a grant until he found his niche in law. maybe the place to start is outside the actual practice of law right now. what about teaching legal writing (or even paralegal courses) at a community college? the legal writing pay is probably pretty sucky(it is around here anyway) but it's a start.
