That will save the states lots of money and the courts won't be so crowded for the people with money who commit real crimes--like stealing from the worker's comp fund or bribing congressmen or judges driving drunk. Not all drunk drivers are the low life scum balls you seem to suggest. You know, some of the people who qualify pds are actually innocent of the crime with which they're charged. I can't speak for the other posters but your negativism and sarcasm do not impress me.
