    Richard,

I do collection work for hospitals. I pursue insurance
companies when they are not paying patient claims. You get
this work like any other, networking. You join an
association that includes the people you want to market
yourself to. For example I am a member of the HFMA,
Healthcare Financial Management Association. I meet folks
there and eventually I hope it leads me to more work.

For banks and other commerical groups consider joining your
local chamber of commerce. Good Luck.
