If so, how > do you get these clients? Richard, I do collection work for hospitals. I pursue insurance companies when they are not paying patient claims. You get this work like any other, networking. You join an association that includes the people you want to market yourself to. For example I am a member of the HFMA, Healthcare Financial Management Association. I meet folks there and eventually I hope it leads me to more work. For banks and other commerical groups consider joining your local chamber of commerce. Good Luck.
