    Hello everyone,

Now this is an interesting subject that has caused some friction, so I
would like to add some too. It does seem that Randy is a little over
zealous with his beginning the solo career but then again aren't we all
thrilled when we got into this business? I went on my own probably way
before I was actually ready and got socked for the first 4 years, I knew I
made a mistake but that pride thing got in the way. I worked another job
on the 3rd shift and busted my butt but it all worth it. This year I made
a breakthrough and finally the practice is booming.

But, the first 4 years were very hard and if you don't have a lot of mony
to begin wwith, it will be hard on you as well, unless there is someone to
    back you.

    Joe
