My remarks were directed towards "L." Is that clear enough? I AM NOT "L"! Is THAT clear enough? To elaborate: IMO, L has some sort of mental problem. He's depressed or something. Nothing is going to help him start his solo practrice until his medical problem is resolved, IMO. My comments were not directed at anyone here except L and his aliases. My comments about the Big Sieve was not meant as a dig at this forum or any other. It was a statement about the nature of the internet, and how on any internet forum for solo lawyers, which is reachable by hundreds of thousands of lawyers, many of whom are solos, there is high mathematical probability that some small number of those who post on such a forum will naturally have problems that are intractable, except possibly through medical science. Not to put too fine a point on it, but THAT would be "L". Not much we can do about it. THat is what I was saying.
No, I am not yet a lawyer. I have said before that I am a law student. A 2L in fact. Sheesh!
