I worked with a new family law attorney who signed up, and she
got a good number of clients this way. Steep, but they guarantee
you'll at least get your investment. There were new posts almost
every day from which to choose. Then, another
colleague/classmate signed up for real estate, same area, and it
was a pig in a poke, not worth it.
