Or probably not. If you want a 30% reduction in the value of cases you take, i.e.
legal match cases, then you can argue it has a place in your practice. The pre-
screening is nonsense, most of posters think it is some sort of legal aid. I can
see it working for a PI practice where a paralegal shifts through the junk every
day and makes the initial contact with the genuine prospects - maybe one a week.
For a solo building a practice, it is bad way to go. And more, in my opinion they
are fairly clueless and indifferent to making the service more efficient for their
attorney clients - lots of hype and talk, and the resulting changes suit them.
